Jutsu Rules

1). When you create a Jutsu in the Jutsu Creation you will need to Train for it in a Off-Rpg or IC topic. You will not be able to use the Jutsu you created unless you have trained for it, if you have not trained for it you can't use the jutsu you created. If you do and a admin finds out you will get a warning.

D-Rank Jutsu you will need to write a training topic of 200 words.
C-Rank Jutsu you will need to write a trainng topic of 300 words.
B-Rank Jutsu you will need to write a training topic of 400 words.
A-Rank Jutsu you will need to write a training topic of 500 words.
S-Rank Jutsu you will need to write a trainng topic of 1000 words.

D-Rank Summon you will need to write a training topic of 200 words.
C-Rank Summon you will need to write a trainng topic of 300 words.
B-Rank Summon you will need to write a training topic of 400 words.
A-Rank Summon you will need to write a training topic of 500 words.
S-Rank Summon you will need to write a trainng topic of 1000 words.

2). You can not make a jutsu similer to a Jutsu already created.

3). You can not recreate Chidori or Rasengn.

4) You can not steal a created Jutsu from another site without permission.

5). You can not recreate any cannon Jutsu

Jutsu Limitaions

Jutsu Limitaions mean what rank Jutsu's can what Rank ninja learn.

If you are a Genin you can learn E ranked Jutsu's to C-ranked Jutsu's. If you are Chunin you can learn E ranked Jutsu's to B-ranked Jutsu's. If you are jounin you can learn E ranked Jutsu's to A-ranked Jutsu's.If you are a S-rank (Sanin, Kage, Akatsuki, S-Rank Missing Ninja, S-Rank Anbu etc...) you can learn E ranked Jutsu's to S-ranked Jutsu's so don't think you can make Jutsu's higher then you'r allowed to.

With everyone 300 post you can learn 1 jutsu above your rank so if you are genin and have 300 posts you can learn 1 B-Rank Technique, or if you are chunin and have 600 posts you can learn 2 A-Ranks. Genin can learn B-Ranks as much as they can, also Chunin can learn A-Ranks as much as they want but max S-Ranks are 3 which B-Ranked Ninja can learn once they have 300 posts.
