Appearance: Mezuki hates wearing the normal kage robes only wearing them when he has to like at the summit. His normal outfit is a long robe with a very high collar so that it covers his mouth. The robe looks just his size stopping just at the tips of his fingertips and covering his feet the robe being a bright blue with black clouds on it much like a specially designed version of the akatsuki outfit. On the back of the robe is a large symbol that means medical god which is one of his many nicknames. Mezuki also wears a large straw hat that is about six feet in length and two feet in height completely shading from hsi nose up making his face completely un seen when worn.

Personality: Mezuki is a lover of all things. He prefers not to be a fighter but has the ability to kill others with ease. Mezuki loves to help and train others and feels very accomplished just by changing the life of a single person everyday even if it is only slightly. Mezuki has really never had a reason to want to fight so really prefers to only fight when provoked. Mezuki is also a very playful and funny person making almost everything a joke and living his life to the fullest everyday sometimes people have told him he acts like a child. Mezuki can also be very lazy and also persuasive getting other to do things he doesn't want to do for him so that he can do something else. Mezuki is also a very stuborn person at time and willing to argue about the same subject for hours if he knows he is right just because he hates errors which also comes into play when he trains jutsu as he will train the same jutsu for days if he must just to perfect it.

History: Childhood Arc: Mezuki was born in the leaf village as a hyuuga in the highest rank of the hyuuga but thought nothing of it as he was just a small child. His mother was the best medical ninja in the village and his father was the most skilled hyuuga member at the time which made everyone think that he would be a prodigy even at a very young age and it turned out ot be very true. At the age of four he began to train his hyuuga techniques and learn basic jutsu that academy students learned while before he was even old enough to enter the academy. It took him only a year to master the basic ninjutsu techniques and become a very skilled user of the gentile fist style that the hyuugas are known for. At the age of 5 mezuki was entered into the academy to begin even more training.

Academy Arc: As an academy student he progressed at an amazing speed and actually turned out to be advancing much faster then all the ninja having to be trained privately by a anbu so that he would actually be able to continue to advance at his original speed becoming a chunin level ninja at only the age of 7 he had learned strong taijutsu techniques along with a few ninjutsu techniques.

Chunin Arc: As mezuki skipped the genin level going straight to chunin the hokage seemed to have an interest in him but at this point his mother introduced him to medical jutsu which changed him from then on. The medical jutsu she showed him was something that astonished him he would love to be able to actually mend and aid others in battle. During his time as a chunin he did join a ninja team and preform missions but spent most of his time training medical jutsu and taijutsu when he would get the change as he was placed in a jounin team going on higher ranked missions then normal but still holding his own as if he were the jounin rank of maybe even higher.

Leaving the Village Arc: Before he was actually promoted again mezuki left the village at the age of 14 being a jounin rank ninja he traveled to the mist village where there was a rumor of a group of ninja that had a more advanced version of the byakugan that helped medical techniques which was something he knew he would need if he planned to be a medical master. When arriving at the village he asked around and it took him many days but he found the clan and after the clan tested him to see if he would be able to learn it which he passed very easily he began to train to learn the special doujutsu upgrade which took only a year which was a record when most other ninja took at least 5 years to learn it.

Medical Arc: After learning the more advanced version of his doujutsu mezuki went to the mizukage and requested the villages head medical ninja so thath e could teach all of the other medical ninjas his great techniques without being questioned. The mizukage quickly declined him but as mezuki repeatedly returned day after day requesting the same thing the mizukage finally said if he could defeat him or even weaken him in a fight he could have the rank and the mizukage turned out to be almost only a user of taijutsu techniques which proved an advantage for mezuki as he was able to defeat the mizukage in one two strikes weakening him easily. The mizukage was shocked and gave mezuki the rank he requested and as mezuki served as the medical ninja leader he obtained the nickname of the medical god.

Hakke Hyakunijuuhachishou is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline. Hakke Hyakunijuuhachishou is a variation of Hakke Rokujuuyonshou, a technique passed down through the main family line. When an opponent is within the clan members divination field of attack, they can quickly begin their assault. The technique allows the clan member to use the Byakugan eye to make nearly double the normal 126 strikes, striking 254 times against their individual foe or opponents. First the clan member will strike 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 and finally 128 times.

Hakke Rokujuuyonshou is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline. Hakke Rokujuuyonshou is a special technique passed down through the main family line. When an opponent is within the clan members divination field of attack, they can quickly begin their assault. The technique allows the clan member to use the Byakugan eye to see the inner chakra coils system. Using the Jyuuken style, they can force their chakra through their hands into the tenketsu of the opponent's body through 126 strikes. First the clan member will strike 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, 32 and finally 64. This damage forceably closes 64 tenketsu, stopping the chakra flow of the opponent. This then limits their opponents ability to use jutsu.

Hakkeshou Kaiten is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline using the Jyuuken. Kaiten is a special technique passed down through the main family line. Kaiten takes advantage of several of the unique abilities of the Byakugan eye. Byakugan gives the clan member an almost complete 360 degree view of their surroundings. This allows the member to see all angles of attack.

If an attack is near, the clan member will release a large of amount of chakra from their tenketsu. The member then begins to spin like a top, creating a whirling vortex that can nullify almost any attack.

Hayabusa Otoshi - Peregrine Falcon Drop

Hayabusa Otoshi is a Taijutsu technique used by Uchiha Sasuke. While at an elevated position, Sasuke will grab his opponent from behind. Firmly locking himself to their back, he will lock his ankles to their neck to get their body rigid. He will then plant them head first into the ground. Essentially a belly to back piledriver, the move can provide a great concussion to his opponent's head.

Shousen Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by medical ninja. This technique allows the ninja to heal wounds by focusing their own chakra to their hands. If the ninja is highly skilled, they are able to heal more critical injuries. Highly skilled medical-Nins such as Tsunade can use their techniques to perform surgeries that otherwise would not be possible.

Saikan Chuushutsu no Jutsu is a skill used by medical ninja to remove harmful poisons from a patient's body. The ninja will infuse their chakra into liquid, which they will insert into the patient. They will then use the liquid as a medium to draw out the poison from the cells. This mix can then be removed from the body. Depending on the deadliness of the poison, further treatment with an antidote or medicine may be required.

The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Description: The Gentle Fist style of combat is based on palm strikes and generally aims to damage the body's Chakra Pathway System, thus creating difficulty by inhibiting an opponent's use of chakra. To do this, the user will forcefully insert a small amount of their own chakra into an opponent's chakra pathway system. The chakra can then be used to rupture or divert chakra flow, preventing them from using jutsu. It was also commented by Neji Hyūga that any chakra-based substance can be destroyed by putting chakra in it with his Gentle Fist. Also, as noted by Kidomaru, this is done by using the chakra openings in one's hands to reform chakra into a needle-like shape to cut through chakra. It is unknown if this can be done by any Gentle Fist user or just those who see the tenketsu. It can also be used to attack the opponent's internal organs, to which the chakra pathway system is closely tied. Even the slightest tap from this style can cause major damage, hence the name "gentle fist." Because the chakra pathway system is invisible, the Byakugan is required for this style to be used effectively. Since the Byakugan is unique to the Hyūga clan, it has become their signature style of combat.

Description: This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the Chakra Scalpel can actually make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection.

The Chakra Scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the Chakra Scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile.

Description: A fighting style using his knowledge of organs. When mezuki uses this fighting style and hits a person in the chest area he can twist his fingers or even have the chakra scalpels on his fingers allowing to hit an organ and cause internal bleeding. The internal bleeding is not bad at first but as he continued to hit the body and create more wounds it begins to get worse.

Description: By hitting the joint of where two bones connect mezuki can easily snap someones bone in half. This does require very precise movements and even being slightly off can make this jutsu useless.

Description: Mezuki's Saliva is not like most shinobis being that he is a medical ninja he found a special herb to eat that has permanently changed his saliva to be able to heal wounds. The herb was very strong allowing him to spit into small wounds and they heal up almost instantly. But larger wounds that are spit in don't usually heal in 2 or more posts. Of course mezuki can not use this saliva to heal wounds like missing limbs but he can use this sticky liquid to cover the wound and stop it from bleeding.

The spear, whilst hitting anything, will instantly burn through it in a flash of lightning and chakra
