Appearance: Hunter wears a black headband on his forehead with the crest of the uchiha on the middle. He has long hair and wears a jounin uniform from Iwagakure. He has a green vest, but is very different from all of the jounin uniforms in Iwagakure. The young uchiha wears a black cloak that hangs over his uniform. It is held by a white rope which Hunter ties. The young uchiha normally wears this for it normally rains when he uses his jutsu. Black pants, and has a scar under his left eye from a mission. He always looks heartless, lazy, and serious all at the same time. He scares people with his attire, but what even scares them more, is the fact that he is an uchiha.

Personality: Hunter hates sunlight. The reason he learned the rain technique, it was to block the sun. He hates sunlight for he is normally a dark person. He used to be a nice boy when he was younger in his academy days and genin days, but when he passed the exams, his personality grew dimmer. He learned not to show his emotions and not trust in people too much. He trusts few people, but he trusts his family for they took care of him when he was a kid. Hates vegetables and doesn't like people who insult him. Hunter will kill anyone if they look at him badly or insult his brother. Hunter' s brother was the strongest ninja to Hunter and he felt that he needed to kill anyone who insulted his brother. He succeeded in all his battles, but failed in only one in his entire ninja life. His fights got him stronger or they just got Hunter full of himself, but he knew that the fights he got into changed his personality. His first kill changed his life. He became heartless, and serious. His expression heartless. Many feared Hunter for his background. The young uchiha was feared around the ninja world.

Special Characteristics: Hunter is normally faster than anyone else. Actually he was known as the first jounin of iwagakure. He got that title when he became faster than the man said to be the fastest in the village. The first jounin of iwagakure is sort of a title given to the strongest, but Hunter technically really was the first jounin of iwagakure. His speed is beyond amazing. He trained for five weeks on his speed, but it surely paid off.

Nindo: (Finding a new world, destroying everything in his path. Hunter is protective of his family and normally kills people who insult his beloved family. His dream is to create a new world by using war and destroying all of the village's then forming one village. A utopia. Ninjas from mist, sound, leaf, any village. His dream was to create a new era, but he has many nindo's.

Equipment: (Sword on his back. A toad as his summoning, but he lets it sit on his left shoulder. This sword is the one that can stand lightning chakra.

Jutsu:

Name: Lightning Release Armor

By wrapping his body in a layer of Lightning chakra, the Raikage can electrically stimulate his nervous system and speed up his neural synapses to react faster to danger and push his physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing him to gain tremendous raw speed and monstrous power.
While using this technique, his reflexes are comparable to that of the Fourth Hokage, making it difficult, if not impossible, even for the Sharingan to keep up with him. By combining this armor with the Body Flicker Technique, he can even dodge the Amaterasu at a split second, as well as Jūgo's Cursed Seal Chakra Blast at point blank range. His strength is also heightened enough to make his strikes cause enormous amounts of damage to whatever they strike. The armor also increases his defense, drastically reducing, if not completely negating, damage from incoming attacks as even a direct Chidori was barely able to pierce his chest.
In lieu of tailed beast chakra, the Raikage uses this lightning armor to empower himself when performing the Lariat, producing the same effects due to his high-powered chakra.

The beginning:

Hunter was born blue, but the doctors didn't know how did that happen, but he was never really close to his parents, but he was close with his older brother. He looked up to his older brother, but envied him a bit for he got to start at the academy immediately, but Hunter was too young to start. Hunter started being taught by his older brother, but he felt quite glad about it. The thought of his brother training him made him smile, but soon his brother passed the academy. His brother kept going on missions and Hunter was a bit separated by him, but he still was trained by him. Hunter was hated by some of the kids at the academy for he was the top of the class and not to mention all of the teachers liked him, but Hunter didn't bother thinking bout it. The young uchiha was just thinking about his brother and wanting to be as strong as his brother. The young uchiha got into many fights as he was in the academy, but his opponents were beaten. Most of them looked pitiful for using such predictable and ordinary means on Hunter. If they wanted to beat him, they need a lot more techniques or at least a good strategy. Hunter started at the academy and wanted to pass quickly so that he could catch up with his brother. The young uchiha passed a few months faster than the others, but by that time it was too late.


Genin Arc:

Hunter was now a genin and his brother was now a chuunin. He felt down for he didn't graduate soon enough. He wanted to graduate after a week he started, but it was too hard for Hunter, but he was still recognized for a prodigy such as his brother. Hunter rose through the exams quickly, trying to catch up to his brother, but he was still behind him. This gave Hunter the will to study hard and learn more jutsu's. The young uchiha was quite close to his brother, but he wanted to be at the same level for once. The young uchiha got his determination to pass the exams because of his brother. Hunter passed the exams, but his squad didn't make it. His squad was made up of a Senju, and a Mirahakari. The senju was quite cocky indeed, but the Mirahakari always backed up Hunter. The young uchiha never told his brother about this, but Hunter wanted to deal with this himself. Hunter mastered all of the tournaments and won them with flying colors. The young uchiha reached the rank of genin finally.

Chuunin Arc:

Hunter was now a chuunin. His days were now a bit harder for he got much more missions. His missions now were quite hard, but he wasn't intimated by them. They seemed normal missions to Hunter, but to the others, they were harder. Hunter never wanted to meet hardship so he needed to be stronger that hard missions wont look so hard. Hunter wanted to kill someone, but he did. He got his first kill on a mission somewhere around in the land of fire. He fought many bandits alone and killed there leader with one strike of his sword. Hunter's look changed and looked expressionless after he killed the man. Blood was spilled as the other bandits ran toward him. Hunter looked at them with a heartless look and said" Foolish idiots" he then prepared a stance and killed all of them in a flash of light. They were foolish weaklings to challenge him. Hunter's looked changed and became heartless after his first kill such as many others did. That look stayed. He began his hunt for worthy opponents. He asked for assassination missions which were ranked S-class. He fought many, but his opponents failed to deliver Hunter his eternal sleep. Hunter then thought about puppets. Maybe he should get a human puppet. He always thought a puppet would help him in his quest of finding a worthy opponent, but Hunter forgot about getting as strong as his brother. Hunter hasn't seen his brother in months. He had been of on missions everyday. He finishes his missions in one day, but he never got back with so much as a scratch. Hunter felt he was invincible until he fought the former kage of Leaf who was now the tsuchikage. Hunter was defeated by him and left with major injuries. Cuts on his shoulder and arm. He felt a bit weak at that moment, but he was amazed by the awesome power the shadow showed. Hunter then left his village to become a ninja of the tsuchikage. The tsuchikage was impressed by his power also so he made Hunter a jounin.

Jounin Arc:

Hunter was now a jounin of iwagakure. He was worried about his brother. He hasn't seen his brother in a long time. It felt like he hadn't seen him in years. Hunter wanted to find out how his brother was doing, but he didn't have time to talk with him or go back to the hidden leaf and see. He was now being trained by the tsuchikage former kage of the hidden leaf. He learned a lot and mastered a new element when he had been trained by him for a week or so. This man was a master of Lighting and taught Hunter the lightning element. After he had become stronger and have killed a lot of men. He had heard that his brother left the hidden leaf and had formed a villainous organization. Hunter was surprised, but wanted to join his brother. Hunter soon met up with his brother.

Akatsuki Arc:

Hunter was accepted by his brother to become the vice leader of the group, but now he was completely heartless. Expressionless look, but he had left Iwagakure without having to fight anyone. He then felt that he was a bit closer to his brother or even at the same level. His time in the Akatsuki felt great, but the others wondered if he deserved the title of vice leader. They thought that he got that title because his brother was the leader. They challenged Hunter many times, but they all failed to impress Hunter. The other members seemed a bit weak compared to his brother's strength. They ended up getting kicked out of the group for doubting the judgement of the leader, and for cheating at fights with valid rules along with Hunter. Hunter felt glad that those ruffians got kicked out, but that caused a bit of a rebellion. The rebellion caused some of the other members to attack his brother and Hunter. They ended up having to kill all of the members. Now there were only two members of the akatsuki.






Rp sample: Hunter is now a jounin and so he walks toward the kage's office and goes into the room his kage sitting on the chair looking out the window. He then walks toward to get closer to his desk and then he says" Hokage-sama, do you have a mission for me" He says kneeling down. Then the hokage turns his chair and then looks at hunter and says" Stand, there is no need for old friends to be like this" the hokage turns out to be Hunter's old sensei. He then stands and says" So, do you have a mission for me?" He says with a dull tone. The hokage replies" Yes, I do have a mission" He says looking at Hunter. Hunter then tilts his head to the right a bit and then says" What is the mission?" He says with a serious tone. The hokage then replies with" I need you to go on a scouting mission at Takigakure" He says now with a serious tone. Hunter nods and says" Then i shall" He then walks toward the door, but then his kage said" This will be a dangerous mission" Hunter then continues and opened the door leaving his office. He then packed up his gear, but leaves his weapons and goes out of the village. While he goes toward Takigakure he couldn't help, but think of his old Senju teammate, but hunter was still the shame of the uchiha clan for he has yet to unlock his sharingan. He then walks onward to the path to takigakure, but the flashbacks continued and so he stopped and then he felt some weight on his left arm and then he was being brought down and before he went down he was stopped by a tree. He then wonders why he is feeling this way. He then shook his head and then takes some water from his bag and then washes his face with it. He then continues, but feels a bit more refreshed after that. He then arrives at the gates of takigakure, but he wasn't close enough to be discovered so he then climbs up on top of a mountain he then uses chidori to break through. He then made a whole on the mountain and then went inside of the entrance of the waterfall. He then saw a puddle and then he leaned toward it and says" I believe this is the entrance I heard about" He smiles at his reflection and then he steps back a little then he ran toward the puddle and then he dove in. He swam through an underground tunnel, but the current was fighting him and he grabbed on a rock that was on the tunnel and then started using them to get through. His breath was about to run out then he suddenly remembered his old teammate and then he was pushed back, but before he was pushed back too much he grabs on the tunnel again. He then did the same thing again and then noticed that the tunnel suddenly was brought down and when he reached the ground of the underground water tunnel the tide changed and pushed him towards the surface. He then got out of the water and he was soaking wet and then he quickly body flickered to a rock he just saw, but he still isn't sure if no one saw him. He was soaking wet so they might find him for he is wet. He then stands back up and looks around and he saw the village and he was amazed. He then continued, but this time he was jumping on houses, but he still might be able to be tracked. He then stopped at what he thought was an abandoned house. He then breath largely a bit tired. He then looks around and then goes into the abandoned house. The house was a wreck, but he wasn't picky. So he then dried his clothes and then he jumped out of the window. He then looked around and then saw his building. He then saw this amazing building so he assumed that was where the takikage's office lies. He then goes through the window of the building and noticed that this village's security was pitiful. He then arrives at his office and then stole a ninja uniform and put it on and then he ran out of another window and then ran on the roof and then arrived at his window, but still remained unseen. Then he looks into the window and saw the takikage was having a meeting, but he felt something familiar about him. Then when the ninja who the kage was talking to left the office the takikage then says" I know your there" Hunter then was shocked that he knew all this time. He then jumped into the room and says" What now?" He says with a serious tone. The Takikage then turns his chair around and then looks at hunter and says" Remember me, teammate?" Hunter was amazed it seemed like he saw his old teammate. He then jumps into the big office. Then he says" Why are you here?" With an impatient tone" What did you do" He says with a shocked tone then. His old friend then says" Now, this isn't how old friends meet no do they, but we are no such friends" he says with a serious and dark tone to hunter. Hunter then made a fist and then his eyes were blocked by some of hair and then he says" There isn't peaceful resolution to this, is there?" then the takikage replies" No there isn't" He then stands up from his chair and then goes in front of his desk and leans on it a bit and says" Either you die here or you die being a prisoner" He says with a dark tone. Hunter's tone became even more serious and then he says" Now, Lets Battle" He says and then his old friend ran toward him and he did the same. Both of them shared a punch and there fists met and Hunter then used Lightning Blade and then continues with it. Yelling his old friend running toward him with rasengan. There Techniques met once more and an there appeared an amazing shock wave and they were blown apart. Hunter's leg was a bit injured then he stands back up properly and then he goes for his pocket to get a kunai, but he then remembered that he didn't bring any then he ran toward his old friend while his old friend used an Earth technique he uses a lightning technique to block it. Then the battle drew up to the roof and it seemed this battle was getting nowhere. Hunter then used some Tai Jutsu and his old comrade used some tai jutsu as well. It seemed they were evenly matched, but one had to be a winner. Then his old friend said" Looks like you became stronger after all that time, but so have it" his old friend uses a wood technique then pushes Hunter back and broke his left arm. Hunter was hurt and then he ran toward him and then he suddenly awakened his sharingan and he saw all his movements and then he started to counter attack with amazing techniques at amazing speed. He then finished off his friend, but then his sharingan disappeared and when he tried to awaken it again he couldn't anymore and then he starts sulking that he just killed his old comrade. He then went back to his village and he arrived at his kage's office and then sees his kage, but his kage's reaction seemed like he wasn't shocked to see he was injured. The kage then said" I heard what happened" Hunter then looked down on his right and then his kage said in reply" I am proud of you" Hunter seemed shock and then said with a loud tone" Why, I have killed one of my comrades, one of your students!!!" He seemed torn up and it took his all to say that sentence his teacher replied" That is why, you did this even knowing that he was your old friend and you awakened your sharingan, but most of all you respected his wishes" Hunter seemed confused of what his teacher said and he replies" What do you mean" the hokage in reply says" Well, you see when he was separated he wasn't really separated.. He became a spy for us and he started working as a ninja at Takigakure, and he finished his mission, but he wanted to stay until you came by and then both of you will have a battle, but it will help you in your journey to unlocking your sharingan.. He knew he was going to die for they were about to find out." Hunter then after taking all of this in accepted it and says to his hokage" I never knew" he then left the office.
