Kekkei genkai: Raikou Eye.

The Raikou eye was descended from the Byakugan, being able to see chakra points but not being able to use Hyuuga clan Jutsu's, instead being masters at the Raiton element.

Clan history: The Raikou were said to be descended from Hyuuga who lost their Byakugan eyes due to a mutation of their chakra that caused their Byakugan not to form properly, instead becoming yellow and glowing.

This wouldn't have been a problem, except that this mutation also prevented them from using their Hyuuga Style Taijutsu. They can see the Chakra points in a Ninja but Can't use any of the Hyuuga clan jutsu's.These Hyuuga were casted away from the Hyuuga clan because the Hyuuga were afraid the new, mutated Eye, eventually named Raikou Eye due to the powers one gained using the Raiton element., These members got casted away because the Hyuuga clan thought these new mutated Hyuuga would eventually destroy the clan completely and take it over.

For a time after this, the Raikou clan staked it's own claim in the world of the shinobi. The power they held frightened all but the strongest, and even they were wary of the sheer power the Raikou members held. It was said that they were descendants of a Raishin, a Thunder God. (Possibly this rumor either began with, or was encouraged by, the Raikou themselves, as it destroyed enemy morale when they were discovered to be on the field of battle.)

However, with the creation of the Shinobi Villages, the Raikou clan began to split yet again. Some chose to return to their former family, the Hyuuga, for although their ancestors had cast them out in ignorance, they would surely be welcomed into Konoha with open arms. Others argued that the Hyuuga's view would not change with time, any more than theirs had, and they should side with a Village that would accept them because of their elemental allignment. Still others claimed that they should form a village of their own, or join a smaller, weaker village in order to become rulers.

The arguement became so heated that the Raikou split apart, travelling all over the known lands. Some joined Konoha, a few started their own Villages or joined newly fledging ones (although these almost always just ended up as small towns with militaristic traditions, with an exception being Kumogakurue) but most wandered, becoming bards, merchants or mercenaries.

Native village: All but mostly Kumogakure and Konohagakure.

Description: The user does the needed handseals and will send chakra into thier left hand. Then the User will send the Raiton chakra that is sent into the left hand and send it into the right hand so the Raiton chakra would now be in both hands(Left and Right). The user will now be able to extend his reach when he feels like in Tai Jutsu combat only by the max of 8cm long. If Raikou Eyes are activated before the user uses this jutsu, the user will be able to block the opponents chakra for 2 posts. When the opponents chakra comes back the user will lose thier chakra use for 1 post. Raikou eye must be activated for this jutsu.

Description: The user will do the needed handseals sending Raiton chakra into the users finger tips. The user will now point his finger in a direction sending a small but fast Lightning Bolt at the opponents chakra point blocking out chakra for 2 posts.When the opponents chakra comes back the user will lose thier chakra use for 1 post. Raikou eye must be activated for this jutsu.

Description: The user will activate his Raikou eyes and teleport behind the opponent and stomp the ground sending the opponent in the air then hitting the opponent with a 86 combo making the opponent spin in mid air blocking all chakra points for 3 posts.



Name: Raikou Roaring Raiton Cage

Description: The user does the needed handseals bending down on one knee looking towards the opponent, the user will send 4 lightning bolts around the opponent. If the Lightning bolts surround the opponent successfuly the 4 bolts will extend into each other forming a cage blocking the opponenet and binding them in a cage. The User of this jutsu could make another layer of lightning by sending more chakra into the cage, By doing this the user will be stunned for one one post. The user could also send Raiton chakra into the cage shocking the opponent causing first degree burns and causing the opponents body to bleed, if the user does this he will lose his chakra for 2 posts and be stunned for 1 post.

Description: If this Gen Jutsu traps the opponent successfuly the opponent will find them self in a valley of lightning. The opponent will then see the user of this jutsu with his hand in the air, 1000 Lightning Bolts will then strike the opponent. If the user wants he could send a river of water into the opponent, then send the lightning bolts doing extra damage.
